PACHYPODIUM LAMERAI( MADAGASCAR PALM)
This is one of my favorites from the Pachypodium family. Though it is called Madagascar Palm, in the true sense it's not at all related to Palm. It's a form of succulent that grows in Madagascar. In its normal habitat it grows tall, 4m to 6m, the stem is covered with spines, and leaves are at the top. From a distance, it looks like a palm tree.
I have potted my plants in dry well-drained soil mainly composed of perlite, pumice stone, coarse sand, and a small amount of vermicompost and bone meal. In winter I used to water it sparingly because the plant was dormant. Once the new leaves started appearing, I started watering them once in the week. They grow slowly, around 6 inches in pot. My plant is young so haven't seen the white flowers, I have to wait for a couple of years for it to bloom.

Looks great
